RETURN POLICY
TROUBLE AND WILD accepts returns and exchanges for Canadian orders on brand new items within 10 days of the item being received. U.S. orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must include all original tags. Products cannot appear worn, smell of deodorant, body order or perfume and they cannot be marked or damaged in any way (makeup, tan, etc.)
Items that are bought on promotion (not at full price) are not eligible for exchange or return.
Request for return/exchange must be submitted within 10 days of the date of delivery. The item must be received in our packaging facility within 30 days of the request to be eligible.
TROUBLE AND WILD reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges that we do not consider eligible. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout for easy delivery!
We will send out your items as soon as we can after you place your order and if you have any changes to be made to your order within the first 2 hours you can just email us to let us know!
